Borgertip Makes It Easy to Report The Damage to Municipal Roads and Parklands.

Ballerup Borgertip makes it easy and simple to report damage and other conditions to the municipality's land that should be repaired.

Press "Citizen Tip" on the front to report a tip and you will be guided through.

Here you can choose between a number of different types of reports for example:

- Waste (tossed waste, waste container, etc.)

- Graffiti

- Green areas (lack of care, mowing and mowing, etc.)

- Park and city equipment (Error on lighting, fixtures, signs, fountains, etc.)

- Roads and paths (lack of lighting, sweeping or holes in the road, etc.)

For the report you can leave a comment and take a picture of it with your smartphone.

Then your position will appear on a card and you have the opportunity to move a sieve grain to exactly the place where you have observed the damage. Then your entire report will be sent to the municipality which will then investigate the damage.

Under my tips you can see the status of your reports and follow the municipality's handling of the damage. The municipality has the opportunity to send you a message and can indicate when the damage is either rejected or repaired.

You can create a profile with your contact information. The information is only used so that we can get in touch with you if we need further information on your tip. Your personal information will not be used in other contexts.

Minimum requirements: Android based smartphone with internet, GPS, and possibly Camera and Android Version 4.0
