The Blinking Ring Notifier (BRN) makes you aware of your calls silently, lighting your screen intensively.

When your phone rings the application makes the screen phone blink quickly in white background so as to get your attention, giving you the options of either rejecting it, answering it or do nothing.

The BRN doesn't do any change in operational system of phone, does not add anything in os of phone, doesn’t delete anything in os of phone and the user can uninstall it very easy. The BRN are put over of the answer screen of the phone. There are new answer screen in the phone until the user uninstalls the application and the old answer screen appear again.
