Whatever you track on your mobile device is automatically synced with the main website and other mobile devices that you use to access your account.
Not a StartYourDiet.com member? Download the app and start a new FREE account, you’ll have access to the app and you can use the same login on the StartYourDiet.com website. Some features of SYD Mobile require a SYD Deluxe membership, which is a paid membership. If you choose to upgrade your account (must be done on the StartYourDiet.com website), additional mobile features will automatically be unlocked.
