An app for locating a lost phone
Obtain the location data of the lost phone using a simple text message sent from any phone or free internet gateway.
The content of this message can be established in the application settings.
When your lost phone receives such a message, it activates the FINDER.PHONE SMS (GPS) application. The application will download location data and send it back in a text message to the phone that activated it.
If the FINDER.PHONE.SMS (GPS) application is also installed on this phone, after receiving a reply message, the map with the location of the phone will be displayed automatically.
In addition, in loud mode the application will turn on muted ringtones, set them to maximum volume, turn on the sound signaling and display the information panel.
The information panel will be displayed even above the screen lock. However, the screen lock works all the time, so the person who finds the phone will not be able to use it normally.
The application also offers the location of the phone in silent mode, without initiating loud sound signaling and without turning on the ringtones. This mode is recommended eg in the child's phone's location.
The app does not work in the background and therefore does not consume the battery. It is completely free and does not charge any additional or hidden fees. All you have to do is download, install, configure and test the application on your phone.
