Software License Agreement

A Secom Co., Ltd. (a seguir denominada `` secom '') concorda com este Contrato de Licença (a seguir referido como `` este Contrato '') no fornecimento do software a seguir (incluindo programas de modificação etc., do outro lado referido como `` este software '') aos clientes. ”) is a condition of use. Article 1 (License, etc.)
1. SECOM grants you a non-exclusive right to use this software, provided that you accept and comply with the terms of this agreement.

Article 2 (Scope of usage rights)

Article 3 (Prohibited matters)
The Customer shall not perform any of the following acts except as expressly permitted in this Agreement:
① Copying this software.

③ Delete or change any copyright or other rights holder notices displayed on this software.

Article 4 (Warranty scope)
1. SECOM only provides this software to customers as is, and does not guarantee the existence of defects or any other quality-related matters.

Article 5 (Disclaimer)
1. Article 6 (Termination of this Agreement)
1. This Agreement shall terminate if any of the items below apply.
① If the customer does not wish to continue this agreement.
② If the customer violates any of the provisions set forth in this agreement.

Article 7 (Special provisions regarding individual contracts)

Article 8 (Export Control)
Se o cliente levar esse software fora do Japão, o cliente deve cumprir as leis e regulamentos sobre o controle de exportação dentro e fora do Japão.
Article 9 (Governing law)
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of Japan.
