Secom Co. , Ltd. Article 1 (License, etc.)
1. SECOM grants you a non-exclusive right to use this software, provided that you accept and comply with the terms of this agreement.
2. ลิขสิทธิ์และสิทธิ์ในทรัพย์สินทางปัญญาอื่น ๆ เกี่ยวกับซอฟต์แวร์นี้เป็นของ SECOM หรือบุคคลที่สามและ SECOM ไม่ได้โอนสิทธิ์เหล่านี้ไปยังลูกค้า
Article 2 (Scope of usage rights)

2. The customer may install, download and use this software on one smartphone or tablet PC owned by the customer.
Article 3 (Prohibited matters)
The Customer shall not perform any of the following acts except as expressly permitted in this Agreement:
① Copying this software.
② Modify, modify, combine, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, analyze, etc. this software.
③ Delete or change any copyright or other rights holder notices displayed on this software.

⑧ Engage in any other acts that SECOM deems inappropriate.
Article 4 (Warranty scope)
1. SECOM only provides this software to customers as is, and does not guarantee the existence of defects or any other quality-related matters.

Article 5 (Disclaimer)

Article 6 (Termination of this Agreement)
1. This Agreement shall terminate if any of the items below apply.
① If the customer does not wish to continue this agreement.
② If the customer violates any of the provisions set forth in this agreement.

Article 8 (Export Control)
หากลูกค้าใช้ซอฟต์แวร์นี้นอกประเทศญี่ปุ่นลูกค้าจะต้องปฏิบัติตามกฎหมายและข้อบังคับเกี่ยวกับการควบคุมการส่งออกภายในและภายนอกญี่ปุ่น
Article 9 (Governing law)
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of Japan.
